To get on a planholders list...
1) Make sure you are registered and/or register,
2) Click on the "Details" link of the desired project,
3) Enter your User Name and Password,
4) Click Enter, and
5) Verify that you are now displayed on the Planholder List above,
6) Repeat the process for another project if desired.
